DELIVERY POLICY

Readyforrain.com partners with Fedex-AIR21 to ensure that your goods are delivered in the quickest possible time! For shipments within Metro Manila, you may get your order as soon as 2 days. 

                                        Total transit time = 1 day for order packing + Air21 lead time

Policies:
1. Orders placed before 1PM will be shipped out the same day.
2. Air21 delivers within 1 to 2 days for serviceable areas within Metro Manila and 2 to 5 business days for Out of Delivery Areas. Check the Air21 website (www.air21.com.ph) or call 02-8542100 for more details.
3. We ship orders Mondays through Fridays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be shipped on the next business day. 
4. If a delivery is late due to our own fault (lack of stocks or late release from our warehouse), we will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
5.  If an order is not delivered, we will replace the ordered product with one of the same value. We will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
6. We will not be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control such as storms, earthquakes, flood, or if the cause of delay is through the negligence of our third-party courier.  
7. Shipping rates depend on destination and amount of your order. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase into your cart and start the checkout process. Before you finalize your order, you will be presented with the shipping options and charges for your order. 
8. The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. In the case that the address specified by the client is incorrect, we have the right to charge the customer the full amount of re-delivery. 
9.  We may contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details entered by the client but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
10. For international shipments, we may use Fedex or the Philippine Post Office. Please email us at info@readyforrain.com for a quotation for international orders.
